The origin and processing of the meat are essential here. Slaughterhouse ‘Kroon’ ensures a humane and respectful slaughter process, after which the Marktslager, a family business with three generations of expertise, expertly butchers the meat. These partnerships help keep food miles to a minimum and maintain a transparent supply chain.
Upon entering, you pass the dry-age room, reminiscent of a classic butcher shop, with sausages hanging to dry and meat aging to perfection. To the left is the café with an inviting courtyard, where the grill fires up in summer. Upstairs is the pub and restaurant, ideal for dining or drinks with friends.
